Return & Exchange

At Atheia, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service with every purchase.
If at all you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it and we will credit your account for the amount paid (minus COD handling charges) once we receive the unused product in perfect condition.

Please note that we only accept returns for products directly purchased from the Atheia website; return requests for items from indirect distributors will not be accepted.

Our 7-day Easy return and exchange policy allows you ample time to request a refund after receiving your item.


  • All product tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Product must be unwashed and unused. Any sign of usage (tears, stains, broken hardware or foul odour) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return.

Upon meeting return parameters, we will facilitate a free reverse pick-up within 3 to 4 working days from the delivery location. It takes an additional 7 working days to receive and process the refund to the source.

After the return reaches our warehouse, a stringent quality check will be conducted before updating and approving the refund. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful quality check.

If the product fails to meet our quality guidelines, it will be shipped back to you with an additional INR 200 logistics and handling charge.

Products bought using credits can be returned or exchanged only if they are couriered back by the client at their own cost. There will be an additional logistics charge of INR 100 which will be cut from the new credit code in case of further returns.

If in case a wrong product is received by you in terms of incorrect style, wrong size (size other than that ordered) or it is damaged, please intimate us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a reverse pick up and deliver the correct product.

Please note, items purchased on SALE are not eligible for returns. We can only provide a size exchange which is subject to availability.


Create a ‘Return Request’ under “My Orders” section of the website and follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button; or simply send us an email on Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us on the basis of the return mode.


We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed.
