Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and text message.

For your order status, you can go to the ‘My Account’ tab on our website and click on ‘Track Order’. You can track the status of your package, 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

All our products go through thorough quality checks before we dispatch it to you. So chances of you receiving an incomplete order or damaged product are rare. However, in case you still face this issue, please write to us at info@atheia.in or WhatsApp us on +91 9869401010, for any assistance related to your order. Our customer support team will be happy to help you. Our working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm (Monday- Saturday)

Once the order is dispatched we can’t help you change the address since it is already in process and our delivery partners are already working towards delivering it to you.

Once you finish selecting your products, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter the promo code there. The discount will automatically be applied to your cart.

Either the code is wrong or has expired.

Please refer to our size chart available alongside every product on the website for your perfect fit. If you are still unable to decide the right size, contact us on our WhatsApp number and we will help you with the same.

We are a ready-to-wear brand and don’t offer customization. However we would love to hear from you and see if we can accommodate your request. Do drop us a message or email us and we will see if there is any scope for customization.
